Some Simple Recommendations for Sharing Information on the Aspramed Telehealth App and

Mental Health in General

1. When talking about mental health:

a. Feel free to share personal experiences

b. Be compassionate and come from a point of empathy and sympathy. Avoid judging

and being harsh.

c. As a rule of thumb, don’t outright sell or commercialize a healthcare service to the

audience. Rather, be subtle. Use compassion and be genuine.

i. For example, you can use personal experiences, or empathize with the

audience, and then encourage them to seek help and support through the

app.

d. Feel free to be yourself, and express yourself the way you are comfortable. You can

use your mother tongue or any local languages too.

3. You can also post other content whenever you want to.
